Moving is stressful under any circumstance but I had had back to back mega issues in the process that had me at my breaking point. CHRIS showed up this morning to retrieve my 2nd POD in two days and was so pleasant and helpful! His simple kindness opened the flood gates of tears (much to his embarrassment I'm sure) but you never know when someone just needs a smile and a helping hand however trivial it might seem to you - means the difference between a good day and a bad day to them. From the business side PODS is always my go to for moves, affordable and easy. Add in kind professional employees like CHRIS and they have my future business for sure!

We had an awesome experience with Daniel H. Dropping off our POD. He was very helpful explaining to us how it works and giving us tips. It was placed exactly where we wanted it and quickly.

Daniel H. Just delivered my storage pods. I was unable to be home when he delivered it. Daniel was great through the whole process. He called to let me know he was on his way and confirmed where I wanted the pod dropped off. Before he left he called again confirming the spot. When I got home, I was very pleased. Overall amazing experience ! The communication on delivery and pick up of the POD was very accurate. The POD itself was very clean inside. My pick up driver named Harrison was super friendly and professional. He explained the entire pick up process and how they secure the door with a security tag. They have really great employees.

Our experience with PODS Moving & Storage was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was incredibly easy using their web portal, which made the entire process simple and stress-free. The drivers were consistently on time, communicative, and professional throughout our move. A special shoutout to Harrison, who went above and beyond with his professionalism and helpful attitude. Overall, a great experience — we would absolutely use PODS again for a long-distance move.

Harrison was my drop off driver from the 6791 28th St Cir E Sarasota, FL 34243 PODS store. He was extremely prompt, I’m glad I was there early or he would have been waiting on me. He called letting me know he was there when he turned onto my street. He was very professional and took the time to explain the various tie down points inside of the POD and I appreciated his courtesy and great customer service. Great job I was very impressed!!!
